SoundMind seeks to store only the data needed to operate the experience: account, consented preferences, favorites, and listening history if the user accepts it.

Listening history is used to show recent activity and improve the personal experience. The user must be able to accept or reject this function.

Personalization preferences are requested explicitly and must be presented with a clear explanation before they are stored.

This legal base should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.
